Charlotte County Soccer Federation is proud to announce the dates for our
Spring 2011 Recreational Soccer Season

Our Spring Season will run from March 2nd 2012 until May 11th, 2012 - All games will be played on Friday nights under the lights!
Players must be Age 4 as of January 1st , 2012
New Players must provide a Photo Copy of State Birth Certificate or other proof of legal status in the United States at time of registration.
Each player MUST register under their legal name as it appears on their birth certificate
This must be presented at time of registration and can no longer be mailed in.
$ 75.00 PER RECREATIONAL LEAGUE PLAYER
$ 10.00 DISCOUNT FOR SIBLINGS
The $75.00 includes a $10.00 Non-Volunteer Fee. If you do volunteer in the concession throughout the season the $10.00 fee will be credited to your next season.

*Tuesday Dec 6, 2011 6:00pm – 8:00pm Soccer Fields
*Saturday Dec 10, 2011 11:30am – 3:00pm Toys R Us in Port Charlotte
*Tuesday Jan 10, 2012 6:00pm – 8:00pm Soccer Fields
*Saturday Jan 14, 2012 10:00am – 2:00pm Toys R Us in Port Charlotte
If you do not register during these times you will be put on a waiting list and contacted if there is an opening.
There will be NO refunds given after January 14, 2012
